Obitaury for Sandra Heriot

Sandra Kay Heriot of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Monday morning, January 27, 2014, in the Blackwell Regional Hospital Emergency Room, Blackwell, Oklahoma, at the age of 73 years.

Sandra Kay Heriot was born on August 13, 1940, in Wheeling, West Virginia, to Arthur and Edna Mae (Cooper) Shrader. She married William Rawson Heriot on July 28, 1967, in Bridgeport, Ohio. She was a proud homemaker and enjoyed sewing, embroidering and taking care of her cats. She had a lot of energy and personality which led her to her love of travel. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandsons. She was a member of the Blackwell Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She is survived by one daughter, Christine Huntsman of Blackwell, Oklahoma; two grandsons, William Arthur Heriot and Benjamin R Huntsman of Blackwell, Oklahoma; and one sister, Clara Mae Sokolowski of Martins Ferry, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and infant daughter Shawna Kay Shrader.

Her family will be receiving friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2014, at the Blackwell Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

A memorial services has been scheduled for 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2014, at the Blackwell Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
