NOC to offer free beadwork class

TONKAWA — Beadwork classes will begin in the Cultural Engagement Center at NOC Tonkawa on Wednesday, Feb. 9, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

The first 10 people to sign up in the CEC will be allowed into the free class.  Supplies will be provided.

Classes will meet twice a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) and run until Friday, March 14.

Denver Wahwassuck, NOC student, will be teaching the class.  At the end of the class, students will have a 4 x 6 inch beaded pouch with a yarn drawstring close.
