Newkirk United Methodist Church hosting active shooter seminar Thursday

You are invited to a free seminar hosted by Newkirk First United Methodist Church and presented by Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security and Jim McBride, veteran lawman and retired trooper.
The seminar is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church, 101 S. Walnut Street, Newkirk.
