New morning exercise class to begin Feb. 2

Fitness for Health, a new exercise class sponsored by the Pona City  Parks and Recreation Department, begins in February.

The class will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, from Feb. 2 to Feb. 28 in Unity Gym.

Cost is $35 per month or $5 per class. Colleen Walker is the instructor.

Class members will feel better, improve their health and get fit with low intensity cardio and resistance strength training. There will be easy exercises to improve balance, enhance bone density and lower fatigue, stress and blood pressure.
