Morrison woman injured in Payne County accident

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported an injury accident occurred about 7:45 a.m. Monday on Brush Creek Road near  Airport Road in Payne County.

Abigail H. Condit, 19, of Morrison, was driving a 1995 GMC pickup southbound on Brush Creek Road at a high rate of speed when she lost control after cresting a hill. The truck departed the roadway on the east side of the road and hit a tree.

She was  transported by LifeNet Ambulance to Stillwater Medical Center then transferred to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.  She was admitted there in stable condition with internal trunk and leg injuries.
