Miss Ponca City pageant makes a revival

The Miss Ponca City Pageant is making a revival at the Ponca City High School.
It use to be the Junior Miss pageant.
According to the Ponca City school board, the Miss Ponca City is only for Po-Hi junior girls.
The girls are held to high academic and behaviroral standards as a future representative of Ponca City.
On the day of the pageant the girls are interviews and compete in casual wear, talent and formal wear events.
The winner will get a $500 college scholarship.
The pageant will be in the Howell Auditorium Feb. 8 at 6:30.
There are six contestants.
Chevy Bullington: Her guardians are John and DeAnna Steele. She is sponsored by Chuck Hoddy Glass. Chevy will be performing a comedic monologue.
Keli Jeffries: Her parents are Keith and Anita Jeffries. She is sponsored by her family. Keli will be singing.
Haylee Harth: Her parents are Rob Barrett and Reba Harth. She is sponsored by The Prairie Rose. Haylee will be singing.
Tatianna Lovec: Her parents are Tammie and Tony Coleman, as well as Rock and Tina Lovec. She is sponsored by Ruthies Restaurent in Kaw City, Anderson & Company Salon & Spa and Sweet “T’s” Catering. Tatianna will be dancing.
Peyten Norris: Her parents aer Angel and Rodney Norris. She is sponsored by her family. Peyten will be dancing.
Zoe Nichols: Her parents are John and Ami Nichols. She is sponsored by Eleanor L. Nichols. Zoe will be playing the piano.
