Minco Cancels Remainder of School Week Due to COVID Surge

MINCO,Ok (KOKH) –

Minco Public Schools has made the decision to cancel school the remainder of this week due to a surge in COVID-19 cases. and will resume on Nov. 29.

Officials say 24 facility and students who have tested positive for COVID-19 since Friday.

“We are trying our best to navigate through this,” said Superintendent Kevin Sims. “Taking these days off will help alleviate the issue.”

School will resume after Thanksgiving Break on Nov. 29th.
