Mayor of Blackwell to be Charged, Warrant Issued

Blackwell, Oklahoma-
Blackwell Mayor T.J. Greenfield will face charges for conspiracy, fraud, and three counts of embezzlement. He currently has an outstanding warrant.
Former Blackwell City Manager Chip Ouither and current Tonkawa City Manager Kirk Henderson are also facing charges for conspiracy and fraud . More details as they become available.
