Man killed, woman wounded in shooting outside Tulsa store
TULSA, Okla. (AP) – Police say a man has died and a woman was wounded in a shooting outside a convenience store in north Tulsa.
Sgt. Dave Walker says 38-year-old Walter Hogan died at a hospital Friday following the shooting and the woman is hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the leg.
Walker says the shooting occurred during a fight in the convenience store parking lot that involved several people.
Walker says it’s not clear whether the victims were the target of the shooting because of the number of people involved and the fact that most of the witnesses, as well as the suspect, had left the scene before officers arrived.
No arrests have been announced.
