Man Charged in Rape, Murder of Moore High School Student

MOORE, Okla. –
A man charged in connection with the death of a Moore High School student is back in Oklahoma being charged with the student’s rape and murder.
19-year-old Chace Cook has been booked into the Cleveland County Jail, where court records show Cook is now charged with the first-degree rape and first-degree murder of 18-year-old Madeline Bills.
This comes after Bills was found dead inside her home in April.
