An affidavit gives more information on an alleged incident on Sept. 26 in a Bixby East Elementary and Intermediate School pickup line.

According to the affidavit, Bixby Police responded to a report of a man who was impersonating a federal law enforcement officer at the school.

Two witnesses in the school pickup line reported that a man was flashing a badge at people.

When officers arrived, they detained Michael Brandon Williams and searched his vehicle where they found two fake FBI badges and a pair of handcuffs, according to the affidavit.

Officers identified Williams’ children and contacted their mother.

A record check on Williams showed he had an expired driver’s license out of Texas and was a convicted felon.

The affidavit notes that the primary calling party reported Williams walked up to her vehicle and told her to move her car, then flashed her a badge that said “FBI” on it.

When she asked to take a photo of the badge, he placed it in his pocket and said, “I’ll get you”, then walked away, according to the affidavit.

One witness provided a written statement to officers and said the primary calling party was parked in the pickup line and wasn’t pulling forward.

The witness approached the calling party’s car and explained that most people move forward, but she replied that a posted sign said not to move until 2:15.

The witness returned to his car and saw Williams approach the vehicle.

On Oct. 4, a judge signed a search and seizure warrant for Williams at his residence.

Officers served the search warrants on Oct. 16 and found firearms and ammunition inside the home.

Williams was booked into the Tulsa County Jail.

He is facing charges of false personation of a federal officer or employee, and felon in possession of firearms and ammunition.

Bixby Public Schools sent an email to families and staff about the incident:
