Man arrested on indecent exposure complaint after airing video on Snapchat

Ponca City Police were made aware of an inappropriate video on Snap Chat about 12:45 p.m. Monday.

The video involved an adult male and was able to be viewed by anyone in the area without any restriction. Police were also notified several juveniles saw the video.

Through the investigation, Matthew Mark Luke, 37, of Ponca City was arrested on a complaint of Indecent Exposure.

“The safety of our kids is very important to all of us,” said Captain Randy Tyner. “We all take great care to ensure our children can grow up in an environment where they feel safe. This includes their time online.

“I appreciate the adults and kids that came forward to let us know so we could immediate look into this video,” Tyner said.
