As East Middle School students continue to focus on the Wildcat Way, Sergeant Kincaid spoke to EMS students about the three types of discipline: active, reactive and proactive.
He practices Jiu-Jitsu in a local dojo which is a method of proactive discipline. At the end of the presentation this morning, he demonstrated his on-duty requirements of reactive discipline on Kyle Lucas, EMS Assistant Principal.
Sgt. Kincaid’s message for students is to practice in-school, self-discipline by actively focusing on the task in each classroom.
