The Penguins on the Plaza Event, featuring live penguins, was originally set for last Saturday and has now been rescheduled for Saturday Dec. 10 from 1-3 in downtown Ponca City. You don’t have to wait for winter fun, though! Hours for skating at Ice on the Plaza, Ponca’s new synthetic skating rink at Veteran’s Plaza in downtown Ponca City are Friday from 5 ‘til 10, Saturday from noon ‘til 10 and Sunday 1-6. Cost is $10 for kids 12 and under, $12 for adults, and just $8 for military, veterans, and seniors 65 and older. And those prices included taxes, fees and skates. For more information, click here.
