- Kaw Nation- 3151 E. River Road. East side of Health Clinic. Always open until at capacity.
-Tonkawa: Triggered at Tornado Watch.
- Tonkawa Elementary School- 501 N. Public.
- Tonkawa High School overflow from Elementary. 500 E. North Ave.
