A Ribbon Cutting will be held this Thursday, May 19 at 9 a.m. in Blackwell for the new sidewalk project that runs along West Ferguson Street from 13th Street to Blackwell Elementary School.
The sidewalk is to help kids who walk to the school that don’t want to walk along the street. This project is made possible by State Farm Insurance, City of Blackwell and Blackwell Elementary School.
