The National Weather Service in Norman has extended the Winter Weather Advisory for Kay County until 6 p.m. Monday.
Other counties included are Grant, Garfield, Noble, Kingfisher, Logan, Payne, Lincoln, Grady, McClain, Cleveland and Pottawatomie.
Areas of freezing drizzle will occur through at least noon. This will lead to slick roads, especially on bridges and overpasses.
Slick spots on roads, especially bridges and overpasses are expected. Numerous accidents have been reported across Oklahoma this morning. Slippery sidewalks and parking lots are also possible.
