Mixed precipitation expected with a predominant type of sleet. Total combined sleet and snow accumulations of up to one inch, and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.
Kay County has a Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 1 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday. Wind chills as low as 10 below zero are possible.
