The City of Ponca City said on Monday that utility billing wants to let everyone know that bills were processed on normal dates, but are receiving a lot of phone calls inquiring why they have not received their bill.
The City of Ponca City believes it is due to the inclement weather a couple of weeks ago and the mail service is still playing catch up.
