One Tonkawa man has been sentenced to prison after felony charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
A felony charge of first degree burglary was dismissed.
Bobby Largent, 64, is accused of pointing a gun at a subject and threatened to kill them in September 2020.
The charges were filed on September 30, 2020.
Judge David Bandy sentenced Largent to 20 years in prison with the first 10 suspended. Largent was credit for time served.
