Three male suspects that were accused of attempting to rob a dispensary have all been convicted and sentenced to the Kay County District Court.
Timothy Lee Adams, 20, David Eguia, 19 and Kazly Zotigh, 19, all of Ponca City have felony charges of conspiracy and second degree robbery.
The three were arrested by Ponca City Police back on March 14 when they attempted to rob Leaf Kings Dispensary on 14th Street. Employees were in the store at that time and contacted police.
