Three Ponca City people are now facing felony charges after two toddlers who not only were physically abused and with cigarette burns, but found living in a house that was in disgusting conditions.
According to KFOR-TV out of Oklahoma City, The kids parents, Christopher and Megan Logan, are being charged with child abuse by injury, child neglect and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopher’s father, Ricky Logan, who even lived with the family, is being charged with enabling child neglect, enabling child abuse and failure to report child abuse.
