Four Individuals Now In Custody In Connection To Recent Homicide

PONCA CITY – Four individuals are now in custody in connection to the death of Shon Delodge, 20, that happened Thursday night in the 1200 block of N. Oak in Ponca City.

Pursuit to Ponca City Police’s investigation into the shooting death of Delodge, the following people have been arrested and charged:

A 17 year old male was arrested on Monday January 27th.  His charges are Accessory to 1st Degree Homicide and Conspiracy to commit a Felony.

A 13 year old male was arrested on Monday January 27th.  His charges are Accessory to 1st Degree Homicide, Conspiracy to commit a Felony and Attempted Escape from Custody.

A 17 year old male was arrested on Sunday morning January 26th.  His charges have been updated to 1st Degree Homicide, 1st Degree Burglary, Conspiracy to commit a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm in commission of a Felony.

Tristan Anthony Nataya Pappan, 22 years old, his charges have been updated to 1st Degree Homicide, 1st Degree Burglary, Conspiracy to commit a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm in commission of a Felony.   Pappan was arrested on Saturday January 25th.

Pappan was taken to the Kay County Detention Center and a bond has already been set in the amount of $10 Million.

The three juveniles have been taken into custody by the Office of Juvenile Affairs.

Detective Captain Kevin Jeffries states “This investigation is not over.  Our Investigators are still combing through a lot of evidence and more interviews are planned.  I encourage anyone with information into this heinous crime to contact us immediately. “
