PONCA CITY – On Saturday evening, Jan. 25, Tristan Anthony Nataya Pappan, 22, of Ponca City was arrested for Assessory to First Degree Murder.
According to police logs, a shooting happened Thursday night in the 1200 block of N. Oak in Ponca City. Shon Delodge, 20, was shot in the back of his head. Delodge was then transported to the emergency room at Alliance Health Ponca City where he was pronounced dead on Friday morning. It was believed that Pappan left the scene in a grey or white Jeep Cherokee at a high rate of speed after the shooting in an unknown direction.
