The State Board of Education announced Monday plans to close all schools statewide until at least April 6 in a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19. This includes area schools across northern Oklahoma. Ponca City Public Schools Superintendent Shelley Arrott said all PCPS activities, practices, and events have been suspended effective immediately. PCPS is currently on Spring Break.
