The Oklahoma State Department of Health has documented 63 more positive COVID-19 cases as of Wednesday, bringing Oklahoma’s statewide total to 3,473 cases since testing started.
In addition, a seventh individual from Kay County has died from COVID-19, a female in the age 65 and older group. Six more COVID-19 related deaths were documented as of Wednesday. This includes one male each in Tulsa, Garvin and Muskogee counties that were in the age 65 and older group, two males in Oklahoma County where one was in the age 65 and older group with the other in the age 36-49 group and one male in Washington County in the age 50-64 group. This brings the COVID-19 related death total to 214 in Oklahoma.
For new COVID-19 cases across northern Oklahoma, Osage and Logan counties each have one new case. No new COVID-19 cases for Kay, Grant, Garfield, Noble, Pawnee and Payne counties.
A total of 59 more Oklahomans have recovered from COVID-19, bringing the recovery number up to 2,319.
