Every 10 years, the 435 seats in the House of Representatives are reassigned based on the results of the U.S. Census. During the 2020 Census, the Census Bureau will never ask you for:
• your full Social Security number
• money or donations
• anything on behalf of a political party
• your full bank or credit card account numbers
• your mother’s maiden name
