A Ponca City woman is set to make an appearance in the Kay County District Court for a Child Strangulation Case.
Ashley Nichole Evans, 20, faces one felony charge of child abuse by strangulation. According to Ponca City Police, Evans is accused of strangling a juvenile male that tried to break up an argument.
The bond for Evans is set at $10,000.
