Ponca City Public Schools has been notified as of late Wednesday that the football game that was originally scheduled for September 18 has been cancelled.
The cancellation is due to an Ardmore Football player testing positive for COVID-19, resulting in a quarantine of the Ardmore Football team.
PCPS will look for a replacement game and urge all involved to stay patient while they communicate with other schools.
