On Tuesday April 14th, 2020 the Ponca City Police Department received a call wanting to report Sheila Jane Strong as missing. Sheila is 35 years old. She was reported missing by her mother who last saw her leaving their residence on foot in the area of Paradise Apartments on Saturday April 11th. Family and friends have had no contact with Sheila since the 11th and are very concerned.
She is a Native American female and is 5’5” tall. Sheila weighs approximately 140 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Sheila has multiple tattoo’s.
Sheila has been entered in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as missing. Police Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sheila. If you have any information that may help us in locating him, please contact the Ponca City Police Department at (580) 767-0370.
