Ponca City man given life in prison for child pornography

Robert Casey Goldman, 33, Ponca City, entered a no contest plea in Kay County District Court to aggravated possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography.

He was sentenced to life in prison with all but 30 years suspended and ordered to register as a sex offender.

For backstory, Wichita Police contacted OSBI on June 14 that Robert Casey Goldman, 33, was using the IP address of the Executive Inn in Ponca City. Investigators report all of the files contained images of nude prepubescent females.

Investigators were informed that Goldman had an account with the username “4eyededd” with the email account [email protected]. A total of 17 files containing child pornography were discovered.

Police then had a search warrant at his home in the 700 block of north Oak in Ponca City. Police seized several small storage devices and a tablet.

According to city-data.com, Goldman is a registered sex offender with a history of Abuse or Neglect of Child/Child Beating and Lewd Or Indecent Proposals/Acts To Child in Perry in Noble County. Goldman was convicted for those crimes on September 19, 2017.

After a series of failure to appearing and arrests in Noble County, a motion to revoke his suspended sentence was made on July 20, 2021 after the charges in Kay County were filed. Goldman was remanded to the custody of the Noble County Sheriff.
