The Ponca City Business Council Chamber Spotlight Business this week is The Ponca City Art Center located in the City Central Building, 400 East Central, on the 5th Floor. Terron Liles is the Executive Director.
- The Ponca City Art Center is dedicated to enriching the cultural life in our community by promoting, teaching, and nourishing the creation and appreciation of the visual arts.
