In an effort to be proactive during this difficult time for retail business the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce announces a new retail promotion.
From now until April 15th Shop Ponca City and then bring your receipts in to the Chamber Office located at 5th and Grand with your name and phone number on the receipts. Then on April 15th we will draw 6 winners from the receipts collected. We will give 1 winner $500 in Chamber Bucks and 5 winners will receive $100 in Chamber Bucks.
Please remember if you are running a fever or don’t feel well stay home. Please wash your hands.

Recent developments with coronavirus (COVID-19) are impacting small businesses around the globe.
Keep your customers aware of any changes to day-to-day operations.
Be sure to include details your customers should know about, like your hours, product availability, and any precautions you’re taking regarding the virus.
Consider the following tips to communicate the above information with your customers:
- Update your website.
- Email your customers.
- Post to social channels and pin those posts to the top of your feed if possible.
- Update your details on your Google My Business profile and any other sites where you have a listing.
If you have a physical location, think about hanging signage in your windows and around the store.
For the safety of our Members and Citizens of Ponca City due to the COVID-19 Virus all Chamber Meetings and events are cancelled until April 1. We hope you understand and we regret having to make this happen. Health and safety for our people should always come first.
The Ponca City Chamber Office will remain open with regular hours 8 – 5 Monday – Friday. There will not be a chamber email blast on Monday, March 23. Our next email blast will be on Friday, March 27.
