A video that was released on social media of two Ponca City High School students having sex in a bathroom in Robson Fieldhouse has led to second degree rape charges filed against 18-year-old Jordan Ian John Parker.
According to the affidavit from the Kay County District Court, Parker had sex with a 14-year-old female on school property and another student filmed the act, later releasing the video on SnapChat. The incident took place Feb. 28.
The female victim told police that the sex was consensual and that there was no nudity in the video. Jordan spoke with investigators March 4 when he returned to the school to unenroll.
According to the affidavit, investigators were able to match some of the clothing items worn by both parties from surveillance footage and the SnapChat video. Because of the age of the female victim, the court issued an arrest warrant for Parker on the second-degree rape charge March 5. The case was filed with Kay County District Court March 20.
