The Ponca City High School administration would like to give parents and students an additional conduit for communication to share information about Po-Hi such as reopening plans, schedule pick-up, and other events or announcements throughout the school year.
The ““Remind”” messaging service will be used this year for communication with all Po-Hi students and parents. It will allow them to get information right on their phones. Parents and students may sign-up to receive text messages or emails from Ponca City High School. One example of a use for this service would be announcements that student schedules are available to view in PowerSchool.
In addition to the instructions below, parents and students can join the Po-Hi 2020-2021 “Remind” group by clicking on the website link https://www.Remind.com/join/
These announcements will also go through district communication channels of press releases, social media, and the district website. It is set-up so that members cannot message or see other members, but they can contact owners, which are all Po-Hi administrators.
Parents or guardians can download the “Remind” app and choose a way to receive announcements from Po-Hi 2020-2021:
Students/Parents who Have a Smartphone and Receive Push Notifications

Students/Parents who do Not have a Smartphone but Receive Text Messages

If parents/students are not able to use either of these methods, they may email Po-Hi administrators directly. Their email address are listed below. You may also call the Po-Hi main office for assistance at 580-767-9500.
