A scheduled electric outage is planned for portions of Blackwell on Tuesday. The area of Southwest Boulevard to Hubbard and Main Street west to 3rd Street, also Main Street east to Urbana will be out of power between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. for Maintenance.
