PCPD searching for armed convenience store robbery suspect

THE FOLLOWING IS FROM THE PONCA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

 

On February 2, 2021 at approximately 1:49 a.m., a Native or Hispanic male came into the convenience store located at 801 S. 14th St. in Ponca City, demanding money and threatening the clerk with a knife. He was wearing a black coat, black beanie with some white lettering, dark jeans, and black boots. He was not wearing gloves, but he had his jacket sleeves pulled down over his hands.  An identifying mark for this male is that he had freckles on the exposed part of his face. The male fled the store running north. The Ponca City Police Department is asking the public for any information to identify this subject.
