Over 11,000 COVID-19 cases for Oklahoma over Thanksgiving holiday break

The Oklahoma State Department of Health has reported 11,203 over the Thanksgiving holiday break. As of Sunday, Oklahoma has seen 195,545 COVID-19 cases overall as 31,854 cases are active.

As of Sunday, Oklahoma’s death toll was at 1,736.

For new cases in local counties since Wednesday, there have been 202 for Payne, 140 for Kay, 83 for Osage, 60 for Noble and nine for Grant.

Payne County – 4,252 cases/19 deaths/3,710 recoveries

Garfield County – 3,914 cases/37 deaths/3,185 recoveries

Washington County – 2,063 cases/47 deaths/1,723 recoveries

Osage County – 1,985 cases/18 deaths/1,761 recoveries

Kay County – 1,836 cases/25 deaths/1,457 recoveries

Logan County – 1,500 cases/3 deaths/1,185 recoveries

Pawnee County – 596 cases/7 deaths/515 recoveries

Noble County – 548 cases/4 deaths/352 recoveries

Grant County – 209 cases/5 deaths/181 recoveries

 

As of Sunday, 161,955 Oklahomans have recovered from COVID-19. In order for a recovery to count, the recovered patient must not be deceased or hospitalized and it has been 14 days since their report.
