OSDH reports 302 new positive COVID-19 cases on Sunday, 242 new recoveries reported

The number of coronavirus cases in Oklahoma is up to 12,944 as the Oklahoma State Department of Health is reporting 302 new positive cases on Sunday, June 28. There are 3,547 active cases.

Locally, Payne County has nine new cases, Washington County with four, two for Logan, Osage and Pawnee counties and one for Garfield County.

As for active cases in local communities, Stillwater has 136, Ponca City with 18, Bartlesville has 12, Enid has 10 and Tonkawa with three. More data for local communities can be seen down below.

One virus-related death was reported Sunday, putting Oklahoma’s death toll at 385.

OSDH is reporting that 242 recoveries on Sunday as Oklahoma’s recovery total now stands at 9,397.

Health officials report that as of Saturday, there were 313,021 negative specimens. Officials also say that there have been 1,440 total hospitalizations, and 329 patients are currently hospitalized.
