The Oklahoma State Department of Health is reporting 225 new COVID-19 cases statewide for Wednesday, putting Oklahoma’s overall total of cases to 449,266. The 7-day rolling average for new COVID-19 cases in Oklahoma, according to OSDH, is 232. This is three less than Tuesday.
According to the latest data, there are 2,354 active COVID-19 cases. This is 8,042 less than the last report from Tuesday. No new deaths were reported as the state’s death toll remains at 8,301.
Kay County has seen eight new COVID-19 cases, putting the county at 5,313 COVID-19 cases, 126 deaths and 5,177 recoveries. Therefor, Kay County has 10 active cases.

Oklahoma has seen an overall total of 26,014 hospitalizations. Due to a recent data update, OSDH did not release information on new recoveries.
