Following the Murder of Shon DeLodge on Jan. 23 in Ponca City, one of the three juvenile suspects is being charged as an adult.
Court records state that on Friday, Jan. 31, Zavius Burgess, 17, was charged as an adult for murder in the first degree with deliberate intent, two felony counts of conspiracy and one felony count of 1st degree burglary. The bond for Burgess is currently set at $10 million dollars.
Burgess is scheduled for a motion hearing at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 14.
