Odor of alcohol found on driver following personal injury collision near Pawhuska

A personal injury collision occurred at approximately 1:57 p.m. Thursday on LB May Drive and Williams Street, 0.1 miles west of Pawhuska in Osage County.

Gwenn Radford, 39, of Hominy was driving a 2012 Chevy Malibu westbound on LB May Drive. For an unknown reason, the vehicle departed the roadway to the right and struck an embankment.

According to the report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the odor of alcohol was found on Radford. Report also says that while seatbelts were equipped, they were not in use.

Radford was transported by Pawhuska EMS to Pawhuska Hospital, transferred to St. John in Tulsa. Admitted in good condition with arm, head, and trunk injuries.

The accident was investigated by Trooper Armstrong #246 of the Osage/Pawnee Detachment of Troop K. Assisted by Pawhuska Police Department and Pawhuska EMS.
