OBI has emergency need for blood donors following Ice Storm

Due to the recent Ice Storm that made an impact across a large portion of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Blood Institute has an emergency need for all blood donors!

At this time, there are no scheduled blood drives for the Ponca City area. However, there are three blood drives coming up east in the Bartlesville area. This includes the Washington Park Mall from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, Wesleyan Christian School & First Wesleyan Church from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. on Nov. 9 and at BSA Cherokee Area Council on Nov. 10 from 2 p.m.-6 p.m.

We will update if any new blood drives are scheduled.

*16-year-olds must weigh at least 125 pounds and provide signed parental permission; 17-year-olds must weigh at least 125 pounds; 18+ year olds must weigh at least 110 pounds.
