While there were no new COVID-19 cases across northern Oklahoma on Monday, a fourth case of the coronavirus was reported for Cowley County, Ks.
A young man tested positive for the virus over the weekend after informed his employer that he was feeling sick. This is the first case found in Cowley County in three weeks. The employer has been working close with the City-Cowley County Health Department since the COVID-19 threat began. The patient and his family are quarantined and family members are being tested and monitored.
While this is the fourth COVID-19 case reported for Cowley County, it’s considered the third as an individual from Oklahoma who tested positive in the county has returned to her home.
