After an Amber Alert was issued late Tuesday night, 11-year-old Lylah Spencer was found safe.
A report stated that Spencer was taking out the trash to the dumpster at 5192 County Road 2290 near Barnsdall at around 8 p.m. Spencer made it to the county road, but she was not seen after that.
It was believed at first that Spencer might have been kidnapped. However, information from News on 6 in Tulsa came across after 11 p.m. Tuesday that Spencer was found safe at a neighbor’s home.
