The Kay County Sheriff’s office had a report of a missing elderly male subject Northeast of Newkirk on Thursday morning. The subject went missing around 12:00 AM. Troop K Troopers Aaron Crompton, Tyler Langston and Troop W Trooper Mark Cranford assisted in the search. After several hours of searching, at approximately 10:15 AM, the subject was found in rural part of Kay County. The subject was transported to the nearest trauma center with unknown medical issues.
