East Middle School – Current 7th Grade Students
Enrollment Update & Transitional Meeting for the 2022-23 School Year
and Google Slam! sponsored by Blackwell Family Dentistry
This evening, there will be a meeting for parents/guardians and students that are transitioning into 8th Grade for the 2022-23 school year. The meeting will be held at the East Middle School auditorium.
It will start at 5:30 pm and last approximately 25 minutes. This meeting will cover some policies and procedures for the upcoming school year, but will focus on helping with the enrollment process.
Enrollment is open for all 7th grade students going into 8th grade. The window for course selection at East Middle School for the 2022-23 school year will be open from today until Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022. During this time students and parents will have the opportunity to make course selections for the upcoming year. All course requests will be completed online.
The Google Slam event, sponsored by Blackwell Family Dentistry, will be at East Middle School this evening from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. It will feature technology and classroom practices demonstrated by current EMS students. The event is open to both 7th and 8th grade families. There will be door prizes handed out throughout the evening.
