The Ponca City Wildcats Wrestling Team place 8th in Class 6A in the tournament. This includes Christopher Kiser becoming a state champion at 106 lbs. Other wildcats placing include Cameron Kiser at 120lbs taking 3rd place and Gabriel Roland finished 4th place at 182lbs.
For Class 3A, Blackwell’s Wrestling Team finished in 2nd place right behind Marlow. Blackwell’s Kruz Goff won state at 195 lbs. Other Maroons placing includes Aidan O`Dell clinching 2nd place for 120 lbs, Jason Osgood finishing at 2nd place for 152 lbs, Louden Wolfe winning 3rd place for 106 lbs, Aiden Godbehere winning 3rd place for 113 lbs, Kolby Looper winning 3rd place for 220 lbs, Kaiden Ailey taking 4th place for 126 lbs, Kasin O`Dell taking 4th place for 132 lbs and Christian Mora finishing in 4th place for 182 lbs.
Tonkawa’s Cameron Jackson placed 4th place for 145 lbs in Class 3A.
