The Oklahoma State Department of Health documented 345 new COVID-19 cases for Tuesday, November 16. Oklahoma has seen 655,857 COVID-19 cases since early 2020 as there are currently 7,022 active cases, which over 200 less than the amount for Tuesday. The new cases 7 day average is 798 and the CDC provisional death count is 11,690.
According to the latest data from Wednesday, November 9, Kay County has seen an overall total of 7,542 COVID-19 cases. In the last 30 days, the county has seen 376 new COVID-19 cases.
If you’re needing to get tested for COVID-19, the Kay County Health Department has COVID-19 testing available by appointment only at the Ponca City clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Make an appointment by calling 580-762-1641. COVID-19 testing is NOT available at the Blackwell clinic.

As for the COVID-19 vaccine statewide, a total of 2,000,168 Oklahomans are fully vaccinated.
