The Kids Arbor Day Coloring Contest for PreK-Kindergarten, 1st-2nd grades and 3rd-5th grades. Coloring sheets will be distributed at local public schools and are distributed at local public schools and are due at the Ponca City RecPlex by February 1. Judging will be done by the public with winners announced on March 6.
